4. Role of the Company
Blue City Greece acts either as:
a) a principal supplier, directly providing and operating certain services, or
b) an intermediary, facilitating bookings with third-party providers (such as hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity organizers).
In cases where services are provided by third-party suppliers:
- The contract is concluded between the client (agent or end traveler) and the respective service provider.
- Each provider is solely responsible for the proper delivery of their services.
- Additional terms and conditions of the respective providers may apply.
Blue City Greece remains responsible for the proper coordination and management of services, where applicable.
5. Bookings & Availability
All services and products displayed on the website or communicated via proposals are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon:
- written confirmation by Blue City Greece, and
- receipt of any required payment (as per agreed terms).
